At Ontime Gifting, we take great care in ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our shipping policy guarantees that your products will be sent to the address provided at checkout within the specified timeframe. However, we include a disclaimer regarding liability for damages and compensation.

In certain circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to deliver an alternate or similar product. This will not be considered a failure of delivery. While we strive to meet the expected delivery schedule, any early or delayed deliveries do not qualify for compensation.

For designated deliveries, we make two delivery attempts to the provided address. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the product with a caretaker or responsible person at the property, which will be considered a successful delivery.

While we do our best to fulfill all orders, our liability is limited to a refund of the product cost if delivery cannot be completed. Customers must ensure that they enter accurate order details, as orders cannot be canceled once placed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Refund claims will only be considered in cases of non-delivery. If a delivery is confirmed as unsuccessful, we will process a full refund as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

As an online delivery service, we take pride in offering a wide range of products delivered directly to your doorstep. Our team is committed to meeting customer expectations. However, we do not accept returns for any products, including flowers, cakes, chocolates, and sweets.
